Salmon with mashed avocado and peas on toast, the simplest breakfast, lunch or snack! If you already have any cooked salmon in the fridge it is even quicker. - 1 tablespoon flaked cooked salmon
- 1 piece toasted rye bread
- ½ avocado
- 2 tbsp mashed cooked peas
Instructions
- If you haven’t already cooked the salmon and peas, pan fry salmon and place peas in a pan with a tablespoon of water with lid and heat gently. At the same time toast the rye bread.
- Whilst these are cooking scoop out the avocado flesh and mash.
- Mash peas and flake salmon.
- Assemble mashed peas, flaked salmon and mashed avocado on the toasted rye bread.
