Roasted Tamari Almonds – Christmas with Sano
Make these ahead of the festivities and serve as a healthy nibble.

Ingredients

- 250g almonds
- tamari soya sauce (enough to cover the almonds in a bowl)
Instructions
- Place almonds in a bowl of tamari soya sauce and coat them, leave for a couple of minutes.
- Remove almonds from bowl and place on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Roast in oven at 175℃ for around 15 mins.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely.
- Place in a bowl and out on your party table!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
