Roasted Tamari Almonds – Christmas with Sano

Make these ahead of the festivities and serve as a healthy nibble.

  • Total Time: 17 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250g almonds
  • tamari soya sauce (enough to cover the almonds in a bowl)

Instructions

  • Place almonds in a bowl of tamari soya sauce and coat them, leave for a couple of minutes.
  • Remove almonds from bowl and place on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Roast in oven at 175℃ for around 15 mins.
  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely.
  • Place in a bowl and out on your party table! 

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
