Ingredients

- 450g brussel sprouts
- sea salt to taste
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut sprouts in half and place on a baking tray.
- Season with sea salt.
- Sprinkle with garlic granules.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Make sure all sprouts are covered with oil and seasoning by turning them over and back again.
- Roast at 180℃ for 15 mins until the outside of the sprouts are browned.
