Roasted Brussel Sprouts – Christmas with Sano

Brussel Sprouts also have high fibre content helping you stay regular. Sometimes when we eat rich foods we play havoc with our digestive systems so including plenty of fibre in your meal to keep you regular is definitely a benefit!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 450g brussel sprouts
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut sprouts in half and place on a baking tray.
  • Season with sea salt.
  • Sprinkle with garlic granules.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Make sure all sprouts are covered with oil and seasoning by turning them over and back again.
  • Roast at 180℃ for 15 mins until the outside of the sprouts are browned.
  • Enjoy the feasting!
