Ingredients

  • 12 teaspoons spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao
  • 1 banana
  • 12 dates
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
