- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder
- 125ml almond milk (homemade)
- 1 tbsp sheep’s yoghurt
- A handful of fresh mixed berries
- Pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- Put the chia seeds, vanilla powder and yoghurt into the bottom of a jar
- Add the milk and place the lid on the jar
- Shake well and put in the fridge for 6-8 hours or overnight
- Top with pomegranate seeds and fresh berries
