Ingredients

- ¼ cup of coconut oil
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup cacao nibs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ a cup chopped hazelnuts
- ¼ cup ground almonds
- desiccated coconut (for decoration)
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil in a medium-sized pan.
- Remove from heat and stir in all other ingredients (except desiccated coconut).
- Bind together with your hands (add a little water if they are not forming shape) into small balls.
- While still warm, coat with desiccated coconut.
- Freeze for at least 10-15 minutes until firm.
- Keep refrigerated.
