- 1 avocado
- 2 kiwis (washed and skin left on)
- half a fresh pineapple (plus the core for extra bromelain benefits)
- 200ml plant-based milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together until you have your desired thickness
- Add more plant milk if needed to thin it out
- Serve in a large glass
