- 20 Medjool dates
- 40 whole almonds
- 100g 85% dark chocolate
Instructions
- Remove the stones from the dates.
- Stuff the date with 2 almonds.
- Melt chocolate in a bain marie.
- Dip each date in the melted chocolate.
- Place on a tray & set in the fridge.
