You’ve probably noticed that when you are stressed your eating habits can change. Maybe you crave certain foods, eat more or even eat less.
Some people gain weight whilst others lose weight. But dietary habits aren’t just about weight. What we eat during these challenging times will impact our long-term health.
In this informal 30-minute nutrition chat we will discuss why this happens and what we can eat during these times to help avoid the change in our eating habits hence enabling us to stay healthy.
