In this 30-minute informal nutrition chat, we will discuss how to lose weight without having to count calories. Achieving weight loss doesn’t need to leave you exhausted and hungry! When you use calorie counting as the main way of achieving weight loss often the joy of eating is lost; everything is weighed, counted and recorded.
