About Caroline Carty
Caroline is an expert dedicated to debunking myths and providing actionable insights into pelvic health. A somatics yoga and women’s health educator she is passionate about yoga, somatics, meditation, and relaxation to heal bodies and minds. Caroline provides courses on pelvic floor therapy, teaching anatomy, exercises, trauma release techniques, and addressing mental health and taboos.
Caroline teaches a unique Pelvic Floor Dysfunction rehabilitation course called Restore Your Pelvic Power. This is a live, online 6-week course where she supports women in transforming their relationship with their pelvic floor for long-term health and resilience.
