Many of us have, at some point, experienced low mood, sluggishness, brain fog and apathy, disturbed sleep, or chronic stress. These can affect all areas of our lives – but can be tough to shake off. As a qualified nutrition coach, I work one-on-one, in small groups and with corporates to help people feel more energised and improve their mood. My simple, evidence-based approach helps people understand how food impacts their well-being. Implementing simple swaps improves how they feel – physically and mentally – and engage in life. We work together to create personalised, sustainable, non-restrictive food habits for life.
