Ingredients
- 250g organic oats (GF if required)
- 50g dates
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 25g chopped walnuts
- 150g apple
Instructions
- Line a deep square or rectangular dish or baking tray.
- Place a frying pan on medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat until melted.
- Add the oats and stir until it is coated with the oil, remove from the direct heat.
- Chop the apples, walnuts and slice the dates into bite-sized pieces.
- Stir the walnuts, apples and dates into the oat mixture.
- Pour the mixture into your pre-prepared dish.
- Leave in the fridge for at least one hour or until set.
- Remove from the fridge and slice into 12 bars.
- Serve two bars per person.
