Chia Pudding with Berries & Pomegranate

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
  • 125ml almond milk (homemade)
  • 1 tbsp sheep’s yoghurt
  • A handful of fresh mixed berries
  • Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • Put the chia seeds, vanilla powder and yoghurt into the bottom of a jar
  • Add the milk and place the lid on the jar
  • Shake well and put in the fridge for 6-8 hours or overnight
  • Top with pomegranate seeds and fresh berries
